2026 Cadillac Vistiq: What We Know So Far

As the popularity of electric SUVs continues to grow, Cadillac is swiftly transitioning into an electric SUV brand. The upcoming 2026 Cadillac Vistiq is poised to become a midsize three-row offering in the luxury marque’s lineup. While only a few exterior photos have been released by the company thus far, it appears the Vistiq will share a similar shape with the gas-powered XT6 SUV.

Similar to the Lyriq, the standout feature of the 2026 Vistiq will be a single-piece, curved display spanning the dashboard. However, the similarities end there. Instead of mirroring the Lyriq, other elements of the Vistiq could resemble the even larger Escalade iQ. Notably, the Lyriq will lack any physical switchgear under the infotainment system.

In terms of size, the Cadillac Vistiq is comparable to the current XT6, measuring approximately 198.9 inches in length, 77.3 inches in width, and 68.9 inches in height, with a wheelbase of 112.7 inches. It’s anticipated the new 2026 Vistiq will be slightly larger in every dimension, possibly gaining a few extra inches in the wheelbase to enhance interior packaging, which is common with EV platforms.

2026 Cadillac Vistiq Design

Based on the few photos available, it’s not difficult to envision what the 2026 Vistiq will look like, especially given Cadillac’s symmetrical EV design language. The Vistiq shares a similar lighting profile both at the front and rear, a common greenhouse box, and comparable size to the recently introduced Escalade iQ, Which will attract people’s attention at first glance

The Vistiq’s front fascia may feature a less pronounced backlit design motif compared to the blacked-out Escalade IQ nose, with more body-coloured panelling incorporated into the grille area. Cadillac’s new monochrome, duckless crest will also adorn the front, consistent with the brand’s approach across all new models.

Moving to the rear, the Vistiq will showcase the same segmented taillight structure seen on the Escalade IQ, with lights spanning both the middle and top of the tailgate. Dramatic lower light bars will flank the area where the exhaust pipes meet.

So, the images of the 2026 Vistiq reveal it will ride on 22-inch wheels fitted with Michelin Pilot Sport all-season tyres.

2026 Cadillac Vistiq Interior

A single image of the interior of the upcoming Cadillac Vistiq has not been shared yet. but the luxurious cabin of the Lyriq, pictured below, indicates that there’s much to anticipate, with features such as a 33-inch curved LED display, attractive perforated upholstery, and massage seats.

The seats in the Vistiq are expected to be equally luxurious, though it’s unclear how much space the company has managed to create in the third row. Like many three-row SUVs, seating for seven may be optional, replaced by a more comfortable six-seater layout featuring second-row captain’s chairs.

Furthermore, cargo space in the new Cadillac Vistiq is projected to surpass 28 cubic feet behind the Lyriq’s second row, but only when the Vistiq’s third row is folded. Given its luxury status, we anticipate it will feature hands-free access to the cargo area with power-folding capability for the third row.
